Add to your current train set with our range of wooden train accessories. There are Brio Trains and Brio train track which can be used to expand your set as well as a Brio Station, bridge, tunnel and engine shed. There are also various items from the PlanCity range that are compatible with Brio Trains and sets as well.
The Brio trains include the classic Flying Scotsman which is based on the world famous locomotive as well as an express train and a classic steam engine.
Please note that the express and classic steam train use plastic clips to join the carriages together and not magnets.
You can expand your train set with Brio train track packs. There are a number available including ascending track pieces and beginners pack as well as PlanCity junction packs.
There are some classic train set accessories like the Brio Engine Shed that can house two hard working trains that are in need of a rest. Or there is the very long Double Suspension Bridge that reaches out to 115 centimeters in length. The suspension bridge will certainly add a great focal point to any wooden train set.
There are also a number of enhanced Brio Trains and accessories. The enhanced accessories have additional light and sound functions. Take the Brio Record and Play Station, this allows children to record their own platform announcement which can be played back whilst playing with the train set. The Brio Record and Play Railway Station also has other buttons that when pressed make various engine noises. You can also switch on the station lights, change the destination sign and the clock's time. The Railway station set also includes a poseable station master figure with clip hands. The train track piece is magnetic and can be detached from the Record and Play Railway Station.
Or there is the Brio Stone Quarry Loader that has movable parts for transporting boulders in and out of the chute. Whilst the Brio Signal Station has changeable signal lights and comes with an engineer figure. The Brio Stone Quarry loader also comes complete with three magnetic stones and and a tipping wagon. The Brio Lifting Bridge fits in a compatible wooden train set and provides an interactive element for the system. The control tower houses the lifting system. As you turn the green knob on the side the bridge is lifted up by the attached string. The two sloped pieces of train track are included in this wooden train set accessory.
