    Please read our Delivery Policy below which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Delivery Times

    Jack Ted and Dolly Limited aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order being placed and payment being received. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be dispatched on the next working day.

    The majority of orders are sent first class Royal Mail and should be received within 2 working days, larger parcels will be sent by courier and should be received within 3-5 working days. Occasionally some of our items may take 5-10 days for delivery this is clearly stated under the individual product description. If you have not received your order after 14 days please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

    If your order is urgent then we offer a next working day service which we will be guaranteed for all orders placed before 11:30am. Please note that our next working day delivery service does not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders for next day delivery placed on a Friday will be received on Monday. Next day delivery orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be received on Tuesday. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day and received on the following working day.

  • Delivery Address

    If you would like your order delivered to a different delivery address you will be able to add this address as part of the checkout process. This is ideal if you are sending a gift or if you want the order delivered to your work address. Please ensure that you enter your address as the billing address for card verification purposes.

  • Delivery Area

    Jack Ted and Dolly Ltd. currently only deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you are from outside this area and would like to make a purchase please email sales@jacktedanddolly.co.uk with your request and we will email you with the total price of the order and the delivery charges. Overseas delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order.
