Returns and Cancellation Policy

Please read all the sections regarding returns and cancellations, as sections are not mutually exclusive.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and operate a no quibble Returns Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just email returns@jacktedanddolly.co.uk stating what you want to return and the reason. We will issue a returns authorisation email which you will need to include with the returned item. Return the item to us in the original packaging in a resalable condition within 30 days of the order date. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. Your refund will be issued in the same method used for the original payment. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded.

Faulty/Damaged Item or Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event the item you received is faulty, damaged or the wrong item was received we will of course put this right either by issuing a replacement or a refund. Contact us by email to returns@jacktedanddolly.co.uk stating the problem and whether you would like a replacement or refund. We will email a returns authorisation for you to include in your parcel. Return the items to us in the original packaging and we will deal with the problem swiftly. Postage costs will be refunded in this instance.

Proof of Posting

When returning items to us you must obtain proof of posting from the carrier. We are unable to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. We aim to process your return within 14 days and either issue a refund or dispatch replacement items as requested.

General

If the items you ordered were eligible for a special offer or discount and by returning the item/items the discount or special offer would no longer apply the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order contract under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 within seven days of receiving your order. If you wish to cancel your order contract you must contact us in writing or by emailing sales@jacktedanddolly.co.uk.

If the order has not yet been dispatched we will issue a refund and your order will be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched you must contact us in writing or by emailing sales@jacktedanddolly.co.uk to inform us of your intention to cancel your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. You will need to return all items to us with the original packaging.

A refund will be issued when the goods are received by us or within 30 days from the date of your order confirmation. You are obliged to return the goods to us if you cancel your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. A refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of sending the items back to us.
