1. Security

   The security of your personal details is our priority. Jack Ted and Dolly Ltd. use a secure shopping cart system. Our systems are protected from unauthorised access by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security. Once your items are placed in the shopping cart they are directed to the secure server, which has VeriSign EV SGC and SSL certificates. Your information is never passed on to any other party.

   All your personal and order details are transmitted in an encrypted format to ensure all your sensitive data is kept secure at all times. The system is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates. You will see https in the web address when you enter the payment pages. A padlock symbol is also displayed on some brousers. These features are to let you know that the checkout is secure and you can double click the padlock symbol to double check the security certificate as you wish (please note: the padlock symbol and function only display and work with compatiable browsers). Your information is never passed onto any other party. All of your personal and order details are transmitted in an encrypted format to ensure all of your sensitive data is kept secure at all times. Data stored on the secure server is only visible to authorised employees. In line with banking industry standards your credit and debit card details are not entered on our website or the shopping cart but entered in the WorldPay secure banking systems. We will only ever see the last 4 digits of your card number for identifying the transaction.

   Once you click the checkout button you will be directed automatically through to the Worldpay secure payment page. Your card and account details are captured on the Worldpay secure servers, and are not accessible by any unauthorised persons. The Worldpay payment processing service supports internationally recognised security checks including:

   • Card Verification Value (CVV2)
   • Address Verification Service (AVS)
   • Cardholder authentication (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode)

   The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, the Worldpay web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

   The transfer of the purchase details from our website to WorldPay are encapsulated using WorldPay's own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. Data Storage - Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. Worlpay also ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code used, and continually review their own proprietary code. Neither us nor our shopping cart see your credit and debit card details, we are notified by Worldpay that your payment for goods has been successful.

   Your credit and debit card details are not stored on our system. Only the last digits of your card number are seen by us as part of the order identification process. If you phone or post through your credit card details to pay for goods these will be securely shredded immediately following the completed transaction and not stored by us in any way.

4. Supported Currencies

   We can only accept payments in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

5. Prices and Tax

   The prices we display on our product pages is the price you pay. Our prices are not subject to VAT as we are not currently registered for VAT.
