1. Availability and Supply of Goods

   We endeavour to hold stock of all products displayed on our website, occasionally an item may be out of stock and unavailable from our suppliers. We will notify you by email if any item is out of stock to discuss expected delivery times or alternatives. Usually all goods are held in stock and we aim to dispatch them within 24 hours.

2. Pricing

   Jack Ted and Dolly Ltd. may change the prices of goods displayed at any time. Current prices are clearly displayed next to the goods, prices displayed are the prices you pay as Jack Ted and Dolly Ltd. is not VAT registered. All prices are in pounds sterling.    From time to time free gifts may be included with a product. The free gift forms part of the order and if the main product is returned for any reason then the free gift must be returned or the value of the free gift will be deducted from any refund due.
